We select only the freshest flowers available for our bouquets to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. Also, our partners use the quality ingredients to create custom cakes that are exceptionally prepared for you. We start preparing everything fresh after receiving your order, therefore we ask you to place it at least 48 hours before the delivery time to give us enough time to deliver the best products to your loved ones. However, if you have a rush request, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

How to Place an Order

We designed the website to make it quick and simple for you to place an order. After you found the flowers and gifts you like, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions given below:

  • Shop from a variety of categories — Flowers, Gifts, Occasions, National Food, Payment Services — or search by a specific keyword or item number;
  • Select your product and click "Buy Now". Your gift will be stored in your shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on "Continue Shopping" or proceed to Checkout;
  • While checking out, you will have the option of adding something extra special to your gift such as a mylar balloon, stuffed animal or a box of chocolates; 
  • On Login page, you will have an option of continuing as a guest, signing in with Facebook or account;
  • After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card. For your convenience, we also offer pre-written messages. Provide your billing information. You will be asked for your credit card information. We process all payments through a widely known secure payment methods for secure commerce transactions. Please review our Security and Privacy policy for more information.
  • Review your order. Review the details of your order, and click the Submit Order button. Your order will be received by and we will start processing it immediately.
  • Save your confirmation. will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at Log In. Please save this e-mail for future reference.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Unfortunately, currently we are not able to cancel an order once it is placed as we start executing it immediately. However, slight changes within 12 hours of order placement maybe allowed. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Problems With an Order

Delivery Policy

Our team puts all of its efforts to deliver your gifts on the requested date and time. Due to inclement weather and road conditions, we might deliver your products within 30 minutes to 1 hour of time range. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place an order at least 5 days in advance, due to high demand.

Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not available when the courier attempts to deliver, he may:

  • Call the recipient to reschedule an appropriate delivery time;
  • Leave a note on the recipient's door requesting to contact us to reschedule a delivery time;
  • Leave the gift with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with delivery information. 

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or fruits are necessary due to temporary, seasonal availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you selected, our experienced partners will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Order-Related E-mails

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail. Please save the e-mail, as it will contain your order details. To show our appreciation, you will also receive a "Thank You" e-mail from us with a copy of the recipient's image after your gifts are delivered*.
